- Fragrant. Herbal. Lemon balm. Lime and ginger herbal tea. Nicely prickly. A marine scent,like walking through a
dune on a warm day.
Touch of creosote.
- Palate
- Oily. Sweet at start,then a spice burst in a whiff of smoke. Minty,Refreshing. Hint of bog myrtle.
- Finish
- Dry, tickling, spicy. Garden mint.
- Comment
- Awake up dram. Fresh,vibrant,wide open on the sea horizon. Bring bacon and eggs.

- Lightly smoked kippers with a dash of lemon juice.
- Palate
- Smoke and spice,but with an acerbic wet wood note and olive oil.
- Finish
- Savoury,spicy and reasonably long.
- Comment
- Unusual take on a peaty theme, but it works well.
