75- Nose
- Clean and very smoky/briny. Very pure, with light citrus and green fruits. Water puts the flames out leaving ashes, wet grass, cowpats and burnt sticks.
- Palate
- More ash like. Clean with a slight inkiness. Bone dry none dry and this lack of sweetness slightly unbalances it
- Finish
- Clean and smoked. Fresh.
- Comment
- Worth a look.

78- Nose
- Smoky with a distant sooty note. Smoke lingers over sweet malty aromas. Barley sugar. Marshmallow. Lemon drop. A light character, displaying an impressionist pattern.
- Palate
- Sweet and fresh. Smoky lemonade (if such thing existed!). Almondy. The same light character as on the nose. It is as if water had already been added.
- Finish
- Short but pleasant. Lots of marzipan.
- Comment
- A simple thirst-quenching and refreshing dram. Lightweight but this is not a complaint.
