- Nose
- Take some butter. Add more butter. Then some sugar. Mix them together. Smell.
- Palate
- The butter now deepens into cream with some vanilla sugar or maybe even white chocolate Light grip. Touch of tangerine peel. Thins with water.
- Finish
- Short and drying.
- Comment
- They've done their best to improve a poor cask, but it's one note all the way.

- Nose
- Lots of zest citrus character, especially grapefruit. Lemon fudge.
- Palate
- An old and complex malt with great progression in the mouth. More of that citrus, backed with sweet caramel.
- Finish
- Dry woodiness.
- Comment
- First taste was amazing, second a little bit flat.
