Take some butter. Add more butter. Then some sugar. Mix them together. Smell. Palate
The butter now deepens into cream with some vanilla sugar or maybe even white chocolate Light grip. Touch of tangerine peel. Thins with water. Finish
Short and drying. Comment
They’ve done their best to improve a poor cask, but it’s one note all the way.

Nose
Lots of zest citrus character, especially grapefruit. Lemon fudge. Palate
An old and complex malt with great progression in the mouth. More of that citrus, backed with sweet caramel. Finish
Dry woodiness. Comment
First taste was amazing, second a little bit flat.
