Palate
Sweet and spicy, root ginger.
Finish
Relatively long, spice becomes close to chilli.

A little one-paced.

Warmed gingerbread, buttery sweetcorn, a rye kick, hints of nutmeg and clotted cream.

Another decent length finish with a great spice kick.
Comment
It is time Canadian whisky was given its proper seat back at the table.
