- Nose
- Appetising. Hazelnut toffee. Pecan pie, tarte tatin. Calls the luscious image of a “sweet chariot”! Gets
creamier and sweeter on time.
- Palate
- Crisp, dry. Oak frames the flavours. Less rewarding than the nose but refined.
- Finish
- Dry,sherbety with a woody bite.
- Comment
- A rich nose and a somewhat restrained palate with an assertive oak print, which the high strength
amplifies. But an elegant dryness.

- Nose
- Chocolate,spearmint,chicory, light fruit.
- Palate
- Full and rich,Turkish Delight, hot chocolate.
- Finish
- Long,pleasant,sweet and fruity.
- Comment
- A bit like a box of chocolate all sorts. This trend towards stronger Irish is very welcome.
