- Appetising. Hazelnut toffee. Pecan pie, tarte tatin. Calls the luscious image of a “sweet chariot”! Gets creamier and sweeter on time.
- Palate
- Crisp,dry. Oak frames the flavours. Less rewarding than the nose but refined.
- Finish
- Dry,sherbety with a woody bite.
- Comment
- A rich nose and a somewhat restrained palate with an assertive oak print,which the high strength amplifies. But an elegant dryness.
