- Balsamic. Turpentine,thyme essence. Humus. The earthy note gives way to a sweeter one with toffee,orange custard and toasted almonds.
- Palate
- Very smooth and round,almost syrupy. Exotic fruit.Guava,lime, coconut milk.
- Finish
- Spicy. Powder ginger. Grippy oak. But clean.
- Comment
- A well-balanced dram. The age speaks but it has kept a vigorous freshness.

- Rich,strawberry soda,vanilla ice cream.
- Palate
- Very pleasant. Sweet fruit,some apple, with a touch of tannin and a touch of spice.Not as frisky as the nose though.
- Finish
- Warm and slushy.
- Comment
- Glenlivet fans won't be disappointed.
