85- Nose
- Leathery,slightly charred. Muscular and powerful with a savoury note. Slightly meaty with touch of fireworks. Raisins with a hint of PX. Autumnal.
- Palate
- Robust,lightly smoky and definitely meaty. Bovril.Intense with huge layering of flavour. Liquorice, shiitake mushroom.
- Finish
- Deep and long.
- Comment
- Highly recommended.

- Oaky,sour. Cider cellar. Wet soil. Mushrooms. A hint of chicken broth.
- Palate
- The same sourness as on the nose. Pretty tough on the tongue. Grippy oak and not much more.
- Finish
- Dry, tangy.
- Comment
- One more example of unbalanced oakiness. That sensation of nosing and tasting oak juice is not very exciting.
