- Very aromatic. Fruity. Smoky. Ortega grape.
- Palate
- Light to medium. Firm. Slippery smooth. Ripe banana. Pineapple. Grape.
- Finish
- Fragrant smoky dryness. Ferny. Just a hint of the sea.
- Comment
- Fresh, very drinkable. Doesn't remotely taste it's age.

- Incredibly fruity: melon, lychee, peach, kiwi. Gentle and soft; very light oak, a hint of smoke.
- Palate
- Good grip balanced by that fruit salad that runs from start to finish. Soft and plump with enough zestiness to stop it being flabby.

- Long, drying.
- Comment
- Bowmore? Where's the smoke? Who cares, this is a beautiful whisky.
