Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson

Nose
Very aromatic. Fruity. Smoky. Ortega grape.
Palate
Light to medium. Firm. Slippery smooth. Ripe banana. Pineapple. Grape.
Finish
Fragrant smoky dryness. Ferny. Just a hint of the sea.
Comment
Fresh, very drinkable. Doesn't remotely taste it's age.

Dave Broom

Nose
Incredibly fruity: melon, lychee, peach, kiwi. Gentle and soft; very light oak, a hint of smoke.
Palate
Good grip balanced by that fruit salad that runs from start to finish. Soft and plump with enough zestiness to stop it being flabby.
Finish
Long, drying.
Comment
Bowmore? Where's the smoke? Who cares, this is a beautiful whisky.
