- Nose
- Rich, bold. Beeswax, antique shop. Old leather. Chestnut purée.
- Palate
- Round, sweet, velvety. A beautiful development on fruit and wood. So well integrated. All spice, cinnamon, candied ginger. Dried raisins.
- Finish
- Dry, warm, spicy.
- Comment
- A rich and comforting character. Complex but not complicated. To warm you up on a dull evening. Play Beethoven Symphony N°7 (second movement) and you'll be in heaven.

- Citrus, vanilla, butterscotch, dry spicy oak.
- Comment
- Like a platter of various desserts, why choose one when you can have them all.
