Nose: Very faint liquorice.
Palate: Light-bodied. Satiny. Gently fruity. Dry.
Finish: Hint of sweetness.
Comment: Very light-tasting. Some delicacy.

Dave Broom

Nose: Fragrant, high-toned and estery. Lemon, anise/fennel seed, plum brandy, oily.
Palate: Light and perfumed that attacks the mouth well then softens into a sugar-sweet centre.
Finish: Soft clean and spicy.
Comment: A little short but more to it than meets the eye. Alanis Morissette.
