- Nose
- Clean and fragrant with a suppleness to it. Slightly reminiscent of a good tequila: ripe pear, agave syrup, light peppery spice, lime. An extra sweetness with water and a hint of cream. Daikon radish.
- Palate
- Iced biscuits and fondant cream with lemon and sugared flowers. Intense
and fragrant.
- Finish
- Drying, then the agave character reappears.
- Comment
- Clean and well made with a few of the unformed notes of youth. Evidence of
great potential.
- Nose
- Fresh fruit with big cereal notes. Quite sweet with sharp red fruits, something green, peppers, young chardonnay.
- Palate
- Apples, soft ground spices and those cereal notes again.
- Finish
- Warming but short.
- Comment
- Very gentle despite its high alcohol.
