Dave Broom
- Nose
- Perfumed with a little dried sage/lavender. As with 127, there's a light pear note but also some extra grassiness. A whiff of agave.
- Palate
- Rounded and soft. Clean and well made with some apple, acetone and pineapple. Sweeter than 127 but also more peppery.
- Finish
- Grass and herbs.
- Comment
- Shows that there's complexity. Evidence that Chichibu is one to watch.

- Nose
- Musty in a good way, like an old book. Humidors, cedar wood and fudge.
- Palate
- Clean and crisp. Hints of coffee and fresh cut wood.
- Finish
- Short, drying and herbal, then you notice the spice.
- Comment
- This will be worth watching as it starts to grow up.
