77- Nose
- Earthy. Forest floor, resiny, sweet, malty. Cereal grain, becoming nuttier and sweeter.
- Palate
- Starts with dessert apples, moving to raspberry.
- Finish
- This is where the Port finally comes through, and does so very assertively. "Better late than never, " it seems to say.
- Comment
- Refreshing, appetising.

- An onion skin colour. Sweet, floral notes: apple purée, raspberryade, cherry, jam. Becomes firmer with water.
- Palate
- A mix of light dry maltiness alongside sloe, strawberry. Very sweet. Like wine and whisky shaken together.
- Finish
- Somehow sticky but thin.
- Comment
- A cocktail rather than a finish.
