Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Slightly smoky. Palate Sweet, then woodily dry. With water, creamy and much improved. Finish Lemon tarts. Comment I thought this whisky had died in the bottle, but water brought it back to life.

Dave Broom Nose Attractive and malty with dry grass, cooked fruit, apple pie (and pie crust) and orange. Mature, but crisp and toasty. Palate Sweet as a nut with Highland toffee, a hint of peat and crisp malt. Finish Sweet. Comment Delicious and very drinkable.
