- Fragrant smoke, light tar, wet grass, burning fish boxes. In time there's Old English marmalade and fish oils and a hint of seaweed.
- Palate
- Immediate thrust of smoke with lots of oil, leather, plum and a vanilla smoothness. Long layered and balanced.
- Finish
- Superb length.
- Comment
- Here we go again...Caol Ila hits the nail on the head yet again.

- Dark chocolate and sweet vanilla. Earthy and grassy, with silky, creamy mint. Like peat-flavoured bubblegum.

- Earthy.

- Bristling with all those flavour spikes that make the Peat Freaks grin. Like a mint choc chip and peat ice cream.
