- Light but smooth. Clean. Spun sugar. Creamy.

- Vanilla. Crème brûlée.

- Pleasant, but I have had more complex bottlings from this distillery.

- Malty (bran flakes) and nutty with a floral note. Water brings out apple, lemon, honey, toffee and coconut.

- Crisp, almost friable, nutty and crunchy with good mid-palate weight.
