Michael Jackson

Nose
Flowery. Marshmallow.
Palate
Light but smooth. Clean. Spun sugar. Creamy.
Finish
Vanilla. CrÃ¨me brÃ»lÃ©e.
Comment
Pleasant, but I have had more complex bottlings from this distillery.

Dave Broom

Nose
Malty (bran flakes) and nutty with a floral note. Water brings out apple, lemon, honey, toffee and coconut.
Palate
Crisp, almost friable, nutty and crunchy with good mid-palate weight.
Finish
Soft fruit, coffee, then crisps up.
Comment
Crunchy! Attractive.
