Nose
Floral and fruity. Bluebells. Pears poached in vanilla syrup. Exotic wood. Toasted bread. Palate
Flowery. Chocolate toffee. Coconut. Burnt cream. Sandalwood. Finish
Quite delicate, crisp and dry, vanishing on a bitter note. Walnut peel. Comment
An attractive medium-bodied Rosebank. The sherry finish has added complexity to delicacy. Some exotic notes which makes it really appetising.
Dave Broom
Nose
Fresh and appetising if slightly hard to get at. Pear drops, lemon leaf and a hint of smoke. Palate
Very soft and light. Reminds me, somehow, of fern cakes. Light and lemony. Finish
Light and soft. Comment
Straight down the middle of the palate. A nice drink.
