Dave Broom Nose Lifted and elegant. spicy. Citric. Malty notes along with toffee. Grows in the glass. Complex. Palate Gentle yet broad and mouth-filling with orange peel, balanced oak. A clever, subtle package with a surge of flavour on the finish. Finish Long, oaky, fantastically complex. Comment More lifted than others of this age.
