- A full delivery of sweet aromas. Crème brûlée, toffee, vanilla. Chestnut purée, dry raisins. Rich, enticing dessert-like notes.
- Palate
- Sweet and oaky. Opens up on spicy notes. In the back, a sherry influence. Touch of sulphur (not detected on the nose). Plum jam. Dried dates.
- Finish
- Long, lingering. Oak, milk chocolate with nuts and raisins.
- Comment
- A liquid pudding! Rich and old.

- Cautious at first. Tropical fruits (ripe bananas, flambéed). Faintly minty.
