Tasting Notes

Martine Nouet Nose A full delivery of sweet aromas. Crème brûlée, toffee, vanilla. Chestnut purée, dry raisins. Rich, enticing dessert-like notes. Palate Sweet and oaky. Opens up on spicy notes. In the back, a sherry influence. Touch of sulphur (not detected on the nose). Plum jam. Dried dates. Finish Long, lingering. Oak, milk chocolate with nuts and raisins. Comment A liquid pudding! Rich and old.

Michael Jackson Nose Cautious at first. Tropical fruits (ripe bananas, flambéed). Faintly minty. Palate Cool and creamy. Oily. Minty. A mint Kulfi. (Rye-like notes). Finish More of the same. Comment Did I tell you how cool, creamy and minty it was?
