Nose
Big, chewy and very sweet with baked/caramelised fruits and masses of banana, coconut and a hint of geranium. A fat, sweet popcorn quality. Robust.
Palate
Equally big and perfumed with good depth. An interesting slightly burnt quality that also hints at fresh varnish. Then comes toffee, light coffee and with water, fennel.
Finish
Rich and sweet.
Comment
A belter of a grain with typical Port Dundas funkiness.

Nose
Sweet cereals. Muësli with dried red fruit. Vanilla syrup. Lemonade. Digestive biscuits. Summer fruit salad. Hint of green tea. With water, orange curd.
Palate
Sweet at first then follows a spicy outburst. More vanilla. A minty touch.
Finish
Sherbety and dry.
Comment
A sweet character on the nose. The alcohol bite is still vivid on the palate. Water tends to enhance bitterness.
