Tasting Notes

Dave Broom Nose Plain and lightly grassy. Touch of creamy mashed potato and light apricot. Slightly vinous. Water brings out Dolly Mixture like esters, bubblegum. Palate Delicate and slightly minty and an acetone-like note. High toned with banana, raspberry. Finish Coconut. Comment Light, but a good aperitif. Have it with ice.

Martine Nouet Nose Delicate, sweet and caressing. Almondy. Blancmange. A floral note. Gorse. Palate Round, mellow. A creamy sweetness. Pear flan. A touch of marshmallow. Appetising. Finish Crisp, minty. Peppermint. Comment A very well wrapped present! Fresh, cheery with a charming combination of fruity and floral flavours. Luscious.
