79- Nose
- Good balance of spirit and sweet American oak notes. Dried nectarine. Quite plump with lots of anise. Water brings out lime,cinnamon and a vanilla softness.
- Palate
- Huge vanilla hit to start, ghee. Very very soft with no discernible grip. Needs a touch of water to bring out the sweet spices,mandarin, blackberry. Great flow. Grain?
- Finish
- Buttery and fat.
- Comment
- Silky and smooth.

- Powerful but initially closed. Malty with hints of star anise and a sweet creaminess.

- Buttered popcorn,that aniseed note comes through. Soft but water brings out layers of spice and dark fruits.

- Mouth watering and sweet.

- Comforting like a mug of hot chocolate.
