Nose
A balsamic character. Eucalyptus. Touch of molasses. A definite sweetness here.
Palate
Smooth and soft. But too soft. Watery at midpalate. Sickly sweet.
Finish
Very faint. Sweet with that eucalyptus character and a bitter touch.
Comment
Like a sticky candy you have kept in your pocket for ages. Easy to forget.

Nose
Rich with that black treacle edge to it. Sweet and sour pork, distant mint.
Palate
Falls apart a little on the tongue. Masses of sweetness, cloying.
Finish
Spun sugar all the way.
Comment
One for those with a sweet palate, will work well in cocktails and with ginger I should think though.
