- Nose
- Fresh and smoky.Almond milk and sweet grassiness/green tea,cooked meats,lobster shells and a great cloud of smoke hanging over it all.
- Palate
- The smoke hits right at the front of the mouth then comes vanilla creaminess,followed by a sharp tingle of spices.Chewy and tongue coating, allowing these elements to balance each other perfectly.
- Finish
- Soft,pear like with smoke continuing.
- Comment
- Not so much a Monster,more a Big Friendly Giant.

- Gentle coal tar with damp embers. Takes time to open up but then releases smoke,green tea and fresh cut grass.
- Palate
- Very sooty wrapped up with a burnt sugar edge.Spice kick tempered with fudge.
- Finish
- Delightful with a gentle smokiness.
- Comment
- Peat Monster Reserved? Not really
