- Dry. Soothing. Long. Gently warming.

- Plenty of attack, but straightforward rather than complex. Suggested as a base for cocktails. I'll work on that...

- A light, fresh nose with touches of cereal, lemon, apple and a sandalwood-like spiciness.
- Palate
- White chocolate and almond, banana, lemon. Decent mouthfeel with soft grain and balanced wood.
- Finish
- Spicy/ginger nut, biscuity.
- Comment
- The nose is a little unrewarding but the palate has a delicate refreshing quality that lingers nicely.
