Nose
An impressively sickly butterscotch toffee sundae invites one to dive in for a first taste, those who resist will find sweet milky coffee, very woody peat smoke and dark chocolate shavings.
Palate
Youthful, but equally playful, with sweet peat, sweetened mocha, cherry sherbet and sweetened cream.
Finish
You've guessed it –more sweetness, with the peat lingering on.
Comment
Despite its almost saccharine sweetness, it's hard not to enjoy this as a belting peaty dram. Just remember to brush your teeth after each glass.

Nose
Espresso grinds, warmed milk, old waxed jackets, balls of merino wool, a little dunnage warehouse and damp cellars, caraway seeds.
Palate
All that dark, density on the nose has become candyfloss sweetness. A little bitter coffee lurks under the milk chocolate.
Finish
Now the spices bite and then dissipate.
Comment
Interesting stuff, plenty to keep you busy with.
