Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Very aromatic. Peaches and pears. Fruit tea. Palate Lightly viscous. Assam tea. Burnt grass. Brown sugar. Finish Gingery. Spicy. Dusty. Comment Again, rather dried out. Lacks roundness and structure.

Dave Broom Nose A catalogue of mature notes: wax floor polish, antique shop, hemp rope, light smoke, mushroom, hay bales and a hint of citrus peel. Palate Lightly tannic, old nutbowl, mulch. Gentle and smooth, just a little faded. Finish Bitter chocolate/espresso. Comment Has some faded elegance.
