- Nose
- Ozone, brine, peardrops, with malt emerging in time.
- Palate
- Dry, spices, some peat notes, robust malt, French mustard. Silky mouth-feel.
- Finish
- Long and spicy.
- Comment
- Well-balanced and complex as a Clynelish should be. A good, solid afterdinner dram.

- Nose
- Soft. Baked white peach, hint of candlewax. Juicy Fruit chewing gum, thick fruit syrup. With water becomes more oily (dubbin). Some soft pear. Overall quite light.
- Palate
- Silky texture with a bouncy rubbery feel. Oak in balance. A little flat.
- Finish
- Tightens slightly to oakiness.
- Comment
- That peachiness made me think of a Clynelish Bellini.
