- Nose
- Clean and crisp. Nougat, white chocolate. Dusty smell (the inside of a vacuum cleaner). Lemon chewing-gum.
- Palate
- Velvety, mouthcoating. Quite herbal. Distant peat. A bit harsh.
- Finish
- Dry, spicy. Hot chilli.
- Comment
- Interesting, not very well balanced but enjoyable on a cold frosty morning (or after having vacuum cleaned !).

- Nose
- Cream soda sweetness punctuated by gluey hints.
- Palate
- Smooth, slightly drying. Hot and a little salty. Pastis. Mint.
- Finish
- Silky, warming and curiously reminiscent of mint imperials. (Drier with water).
- Comment
- A lot going on in this whisky; can't help thinking about a Mint Julep, though.
