- Warm. Malty. Buttery. Cinnamon.
- Palate
- Textured. Crunchy, chewy and creamy. Like eating cannoli while drinking grappa. (Less Dallas than South Philly).

- Powerful. Fruity. Warming.

- Delicious Dallas Dhu does it again. How long can this go on?

- Lovely, mature (but not wood). Honey, clover, dried fruit. Sweet and rich with toffee, apple, caramelised fruits. Elegant is the word.

- Fruit cake: cherry, sultana. Lovely feel with a soft, gentle spiciness, caramel, dried fruits.

- Spicy, long and tingling.
- Comment
- How old? Would never have guessed it. Complex, balanced and elegant.
