Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Warm. Malty. Buttery. Cinnamon. Palate Textured. Crunchy, chewy and creamy. Like eating cannoli while drinking grappa. (Less Dallas than South Philly). Finish Powerful. Fruity. Warming. Comment Delicious Dallas Dhu does it again. How long can this go on?

Dave Broom Nose Lovely, mature (but not wood). Honey, clover, dried fruit. Sweet and rich with toffee, apple, caramelised fruits. Elegant is the word. Palate Fruit cake: cherry, sultana. Lovely feel with a soft, gentle spiciness, caramel, dried fruits. Finish Spicy, long and tingling. Comment How old? would never have guessed it. Complex, balanced and elegant.
