- Nose
- Fresh sea smells. A walk in the dunes.
- Palate
- Fresh, creamy. Reminded me of a mustardy hollandaise sauce (perhaps served with samphire).
- Finish
- Fruity, mustardy, dry.
- Comment
- Not one of the peaty vintages, and would have benefited from some other element to lift the creaminess.

- Nose
- A very fruity nose: tangerine peel, marmalade, tinned peaches, slightly waxy.
- Palate
- Best drunk neat. A gentle, quite sweet palate. There's a little woodiness, but the main effect is of ripe sweet fruit.
- Finish
- A hint of smoke.
- Comment
- Gentle and well-balanced.
