Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Fresh sea smells. A walk in the dunes. Palate Fresh, creamy. Reminded me of a mustardy hollandaise sauce (perhaps served with samphire). Finish Fruity, mustardy, dry. Comment Not one of the peaty vintages, and would have benefited from some other element to lift the creaminess.

Dave Broom Nose A very fruity nose: tangerine peel, marmalade, tinned peaches, slightly waxy. Palate Best drunk neat. A gentle, quite sweet palate. There's a little woodiness, but the main effect is of ripe sweet fruit. Finish A hint of smoke. Comment Gentle and well-balanced.
