Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson

Nose
Fragrant. Herbal.
Palate
Silky. Soft and embraceable but reluctant to yield its secrets. Orange blossom. Absinthe.
Finish
Dryness and sweetness tightly combined. Thyme. Still teasing. Long.
Comment
At this age, more complex and elegant than ever. No obvious sherry.

Dave Broom

Nose
Orange peel, smoke, light leather, burnt toast, plum. Has depth and at the same time is very precise.
Palate
Medium-bodied. Smoky, cashew, floor polish, savoury notes underneath. Some deep, carbonised notes. Oaky.
Finish
Runny honey, acacia.
Comment
Complex, intriguing.
