- Nose
- Phenolic, with turfy smoke. Seems very young, with a sulphury edge. A greasy and slightly feinty note.
- Palate
- Sweeter than the nose suggests. The peat is better behaved than you expect. Slightly medicinal and slightly better with water.
- Finish
- Charred sticks.
- Comment
- Ominously pale and initial suspicions were proved correct. This has been bottled way too young.

- Nose
- The yeasty, fresh nose of new make, plus a whiff of peat.
- Palate
- Again, the dominant impression is of youth. Yeast and vibrant spices.
- Finish
- Short and spicy.
- Comment
- Is this old enough to be out by itself?
