Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Soft, sweet toffeeish. Rounded. Palate Oily. Drier. Fudge-like. Finish Slight rye dryness, rounded out with a touch of Bourbon. Comment Like Seagram’s VO Gold, a delicate but wonderfully dextrous blend.

Dave Broom Nose Complex yet restrained with depth and a subtle charm. Poached pear, peach, creamy toffee/sweet vanilla and hint of light rye notes, lemon nut and hickory. Palate Sits on the tongue nicely with an almost dense chewiness. Starts softly then a gentle, subtle lift of lemon icing, sultana cake, rye and soft sweet honey. Finish Soft and long.
