Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Minty rye notes. Palate Firm but smooth. Milk chocolate. Finish More complex and lively than its younger brothers. Comment Much more character.

Dave Broom Nose Big, deep mature notes: white mushroom, molasses, toffee, vanilla/butterscotch, black fruits with teasing spiciness. Leathery and oaky, but balanced with smooth coffee and cream. Palate Smooth and elegant, sweet deep and slow: cigar smoke, raspberry, soft centred yet spicy. Finish Big and long. Comment Sophisticated sipping stuff for long evenings. Leonard Cohen.
