Martine Nouet Nose Fragrant. Floral. Carnation. Dry meadow flowers. Apple blossom. Cider apple. Touch of leather. Toasted almonds. Palate Silky. Mellow. Fruity. stewed apple. Madeira cake. Finish Soft, elegantly spicy. Nutmeg. Pepper. Comment A smooth and caressing blend. Full of charm. The balance is superb. Gives a sense of comfort and relief.

Dave Broom Nose Mature with good power. varnish, golden syrup, oak. Cognac like: spices (allspice/clove), semi-dried/caramelised fruit, grilled nut. Resinous, walnut, stewed tea, baked banana, leather. Palate Soft with a clear progression of flavour. Flows like syrup. Lockets (honey and spices). Finish Raisined and rich. Comment A big, sweet-hearted giant.
