Dave Broom
- Nose
- More pungent, though sweet. Some hints of syrup, light smoke, cedar, amontillado like nuttiness and parma violet.
- Palate
- Rounded. The fattest of the range. Blackberry, liquorice. Again a smooth controlled feel.
- Finish
- Light smoke.
- Comment
- Decent, but not sure where this fits into the range.

- Nose
- Another slightly slow starter but in time more blood oranges, figs and prunes come through.
- Palate
- Mouth filling with a little smoke and pannecotta creaminess. Autumnal fruits, sultanas and hazelnuts.
- Finish
- A touch of smoke and liquorice.
- Comment
- Good stuff and an interesting take on the original.
