Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Clean. Sweetish. Pronounced barley sugar. Some sherry. Palate Medium-bodied. Very smooth indeed. Clean, malty, nutty. Finish Nice balance of fragrant smoky dryness. Comment Almost too perfect. Beautifully put together, but not quite memorable.

Dave Broom Nose Spicy oak tones along with fig rolls, soft baked fruit, Dundee cake and roasted walnut. Hint of rubber. Palate Soft, but the weighty spirit holds its own pretty well against the pretty assertive wood. A big fruity boy. Finish Tight and a little tannic. Comment Substantial. One for a cigar.
