Michael Jackson

Nose
Restrained peat. Some grassy, moorland, aromas. New-mown hay.
Palate
Lemon grass. A suggestion of dried banana. Dessert apples. Against a cereal-grain background.
Finish
Scenty. Minty. Appetising.
Comment
Seems to have become more lively with age.

Dave Broom

Nose
Slightly dumb with hints of cream, honey, cut flowers and sweet oak.
Palate
Soft fruits, vanilla, clover. Fairly woody with a dry mid-palate. A slightly bitter note.
Finish
Honeycomb, cream toffee.
Comment
Seems reluctant to open.
