- Nose
- Showing maturity. Rich and sweet with a touch of fireworks (sulphur). Then honey, banana loaf, sticky toffee pudding, baked/caramelised soft fruits, fudge and varnish.
- Palate
- Very rounded and plump. Supemely soft and gentle. Light chestnut then a surge of spice, light grip. All those sweet fruits re-emerge...
- Finish
- . . but then die a little quickly.
- Comment
- A soft hearted beauty. Cuddle up to it.

- Nose
- Vanilla ice cream and nuts initially, then a sourness came through, like fresh grapefruit juice. This, combined with a saltiness gives it a margarita style. Wafts of barley sugar sweets there with a raisiny, bready character too.
- Palate
- Abroad dried fruit texture, with honeyed porridge giving way to a drying, tingling spice.
- Finish
- Dry.
- Comment
- Try to get the dilution right.
