Michael Jackson

Nose
Warm, malted milk. Bitter chocolate. Slightly smoky.
Palate
Dry. Liquorice. Rooty. Sappy. Woody.
Finish
A suggestion of quinine. Iron tonic. Medicinal. Astringent.
Comment
A very odd Macallan. Perhaps a very odd cask.

Dave Broom

Nose
Direct and malty. Fresh and light. Seems young. In time a summery mix of cut watermelon, cucumber, grass. Hint of smoke. Clean.
Palate
Medium bodied with good feel. Honey, malt, peat and balanced oak.
Finish
Dry. Hay-like.
Comment
Though a little short has more substance than the rest of the range.
