- Nose
- Pure, clean and fresh. Malty and minty. Green apple. Freshly squeezed tangerine. Hint of resin. Tantalizing. Honeycomb.
- Palate
- Deceptively sweet. Spices burst in a beautiful circus of warm flavours. Drier than expected from the nose but still so satisfying.
- Finish
- Dry, spicy. Toasted almond with an oaky grip.
- Comment
- A model of balance and elegance. A first class Speysider.

- Nose
- Creamy and quite simple. Lightly floral, green apple, nut, sap. Water brings out copper coins.
- Palate
- Lifted, slightly smoky (burnt grass). Firm, toasty oak, heather. Peppery from mid-palate on.
- Finish
- Hot and peppery. Nettle.
- Comment
- Seems young.
