- Nose
- Poached pears, autumn leaves and rockpools. With water there is wet clay, lemon balm, warm brown bread and damp woodland.
- Palate
- Lemony, malty and dry to finish.
- Finish
- Digestive biscuits.
- Comment
- Complex, subtle and interesting, but not a dram to stay at home for. Go out, have fun!

- Nose
- Restrained at first, but developing coastal aromas: salt, iodine, drying seaweed.
- Palate
- Salty. Drying. Some lime and lemon notes (Margarita with a salted rim)? Cereal. Flavours become more precise with water.
- Finish
- Clean, crisp, and phenolic. Some late oily, caramel notes.
- Comment
- Youthful, and slightly understated, but heading in the right direction.
