Arthur Motley
Nose
Poached pears, autumn leaves and rockpools. With water there is wet clay, lemon balm, warm brown bread and damp woodland.
Palate
Lemony, malty and dry to finish.
Finish
Digestive biscuits.
Comment
Complex, subtle and interesting, but not a dram to stay at home for. Go out, have fun!

Owen Barstow
Nose
Restrained at first, but developing coastal aromas: salt, iodine, drying seaweed.
Palate
Salty. Drying. Some lime and lemon notes (Margarita with a salted rim)? Cereal. Flavours become more precise with water.
Finish
Clean, crisp, and phenolic. Some late oily, caramel notes.
Comment
Youthful, and slightly understated, but heading in the right direction.
