- Nose
- Biscuity. Shortbreads. Oak comes through. Tangerine, orange icecream. Rum toffee.
- Palate
- Delicate sweet maltiness at start. Orange blossom. Wood is well integrated. Vanilla mascarpone mousse.
- Finish
- Long, lingering, with a citrus touch and ginger in the back.
- Comment
- A well-balanced dram, as malty as fruity with a luscious toffee tempting character.

- Nose
- Bread mix/malted grain still steaming from the oven. Rich with peach stone. With water a bung cloth note, eccles cake, stewed milky tea.
- Palate
- Flowers, privet then bread flour. Moves increasingly towards this dusty dry malty note.
- Finish
- Raisin.
- Comment
- A bit flabby and dry.
