- Creamy and minty, with a suggestion of anis.

- Fennel. Flowery.

- Much more herbal than other bottlings of Dallas Dhu.

- Nutty, sweet and rich. Cereal notes, toasted almond, dried apple. More complex with water: sweet spices, Toffee Crisp, cedar.
- Palate
- Medium weight with good texture and sweetness. Hay, nutmeg, sultana. Good presence.
