Warm, oaty, cookie-like, grassy.
Palate
Creamy and minty, with a suggestion of anis.
Finish
Fennel. Flowery.
Comment
Much more herbal than other bottlings of Dallas Dhu.

Nose
Nutty, sweet and rich. Cereal notes, toasted almond, dried apple. More complex with water: sweet spices, Toffee Crisp, cedar.
Palate
Medium weight with good texture and sweetness. Hay, nutmeg, sultana. Good presence.
Finish
Spicy.
