Fruity, morello cherries. Fresh, woody, rooty, liquorice?
Finish
Spicy dryness.
Comment
Beautifully full flavoured whisky. Manages to be both elegant and robustly expressive. Very appetising.

A light, malty spirit. Almost frothy with some vanilla, Ovaltine and US oak. Hot without water.
Palate
Sweet and gentle, but you need water to reduce the edge, then lose character.
Finish
A bit flat.
Comment
Needs a bit more in the middle.
