Nose
Stewed raspberries, vanilla, coconut, some creamy patisserie custard and vanilla pipe tobacco.
Palate
The sweetness continues to the palate, with vanilla, rich bourbon notes, raspberry creams, red apple skins and a touch of nutmeg.
Finish
The creaminess lingers, alongside swathes of vanilla.
Comment
A big, rich classic Bourbon note to this one. Well played.

Nose
Very gentle sooty note, like a cold wood burning stove. Then a spun sugar note, oak sweetness, fresh cut wood, some dried fruits, pineapple, apple skins. Coconut macaroons.
Palate
Sweet like wheat beer and the same silky mouthfeel. Gentle and the sweetness slowly gives way to cumin, salted caramel, a little fresh chilli, raspberry meringue. Then a little macadamia nut coffee bitterness.
Finish
Very juicy and it keeps on going.
Comment
So much body and punch for the ABV.
