Michael Jackson Nose Slight smokiness. Beeswax. Honey. Floral. Heathery. Palate Honey cake. Ginger. Spicy complexity. Finish Long. Gently warming. lemony dryness. Rounded with a hint of peat. Comment Very sweet but the classic heather honey is balanced by the gently peaty, smoky dryness that has vanished from most Highland malts.

Marcin Miller Nose Very rounded and attractive. warm enveloping custard. Créme anglais. Smells like whisky! Palate Bursts into life. Still assertive, still attacking. Tastes like whisky! Finish Long and very bright. Consistent. Repeat to fade. Comment Great balance and brilliantly structured. More please.
