- Nose
- Complex mix of ripe peachy fruit, baked banana, fruit smoothie, orange peel/blossom. Light nuttiness/malt, cream. Water adds weight and brings out extra maturity and depth.
- Palate
- Rich with good impact, slightly dry, then tingling spices. Heavy and quite explosive. Once again, it deepens (and dries slightly) with water.
- Finish
- Long, rich, cooked peach.
- Comment
- Has the X factor.

- Nose
- Fizzy oranginess, steamed apple pudding, furniture polish, sherbert and mixed peel. Comb honey, fresh and perfectly ripe pears.
- Palate
- Complex.
- Finish
- Christmas pudding with flaming alcohol, and burnt twigs.
- Comment
- Right in so many ways: balanced but stimulating, challenging but comforting. It reminded me of Clynelish.
