- Nose
- Light, open. Outdoor fragrances: wet earth; a touch of moss and fern. Thyme, rosemary.
- Palate
- Velvety. Round and soft. Incredibly sweet given the strength. Greengage. Cooked peaches. Cherry stone. A subtle spicy rise.
- Finish
- Dry, spicy. Fresh almonds.
- Comment
- An interesting character. Much sweeter on the palate than expected from the nose. Water brings out an unpleasant cardboardy touch.

- Nose
- Floral notes underpinned by icing sugar sweetness. Some balancing fruit acidity. Lemony with water.
- Palate
- Creamy at first, develops Crunchy bar, caramel notes. Herbal character with water.
- Finish
- Medium. Apple skins. Pithy dryness emerges. Develops slowly to a complex finish.
- Comment
- Opens up beautifully with water, developing sweet, vermouth-like herbal notes. Holds one's attention.
